Five meerkat pups at Melbourne Zoo underwent their first veterinary check-up two months after birth, revealing four females and one male. The siblings have been named Ghanzi, Talisa, Zena, Zuzu and Neo, after different regions where meerkats are found in the wild. The zoo celebrated the gender reveal with a special event at the meerkat enclosure.
