7News Just InMan dies at Sydney Harbour swimming spot during heatwave
A man died at Redleaf Pool in Double Bay this afternoon after suffering a medical emergency while swimming. Bystanders pulled the unresponsive swimmer from the water at 2:30pm but he could not be saved despite their efforts. The incident occurs as Sydney faces a severe heatwave warning with temperatures expected to reach into the 40s over the next two days.
