A 44-year-old man from Reservoir has been charged with murder after a woman was fatally struck by a car in Melbourne's northern suburbs. The incident occurred just after 7:30pm, with emergency services called to the scene approximately 10 kilometres north of Melbourne's CBD. The homicide squad processed the scene overnight, and the accused, who was known to the victim and may have been a neighbour, is set to appear in court.
