David McMahon from Venture North Australia says large saltwater crocodiles are increasingly appearing in populated areas across northern Australia during the current wet season due to above-average rainfall. The flooding has caused crocodiles to move into new territories across Far North Queensland, the Northern Territory, and northern Western Australia, making previously safe swimming spots dangerous.
