The coronial inquest into the fatal mass stabbing attack at Westfield Bondi Junction that claimed six lives has concluded its final day of hearings. The coroner heard criticism of the shopping centre's security operations, including an unmanned control room during the attack and delayed alarm responses. Joel Couchy's former psychiatrist Dr Andrea Boris-Levac also faced scrutiny over deficiencies in his discharge from psychiatric care in 2020.
