A floral tribute is growing at Bondi Beach as people come to pay their respects.

Hundreds of bouquets have been placed near the scene of the tragedy, with crowds growing around the memorial.

Politicians including opposition leader Sussan Ley and several shadow ministers attended the memorial and placed flowers.
