7News Just InBondi attack victims honoured in New Year's Eve tribute
Sydney's New Year's Eve celebrations will feature a tribute to Bondi Beach terror attack victims, with the Harbour Bridge illuminated in white at 9pm displaying a dove and the word 'peace'. A one-minute silence will be observed at 1pm to honour the victims and their families. Waverley Council has scheduled a meeting in January to determine plans for a permanent memorial at Archer Park, the attack site, with consultations involving the Premier's office, community members and victims' loved ones.
