Gemma highlighted the striking statistics: 69% of men who support gender equity initiatives feel unwelcome in these conversations, and the number climbs to 93% for those neutral on the issue.

Adrian sheds light on how this initiative aims to improve waste recovery rates, reduce landfill costs, and significantly decrease the production of harmful greenhouse gases like methane.
