Featured in the Australian Financial Review, the survey revealed a growing sense of exclusion and fear among men when it comes to participating in gender equity discussions. Gemma highlighted the striking statistics: 69% of men who support gender equity initiatives feel unwelcome in these conversations, and the number climbs to 93% for those neutral on the issue.

A key factor driving this reluctance is the fear of cancel culture. The interview delved into how these sentiments are shaping workplace dynamics and what can be done to foster more inclusive discussions.

Launched in 2019, the 3-bin FOGO system features a new 240L lime-green lidded bin for organic waste, collected weekly, alongside a 120L red general waste bin, collected fortnightly. Adrian sheds light on how this initiative aims to improve waste recovery rates, reduce landfill costs, and significantly decrease the production of harmful greenhouse gases like methane.
