The notorious, convicted conman who earned a reputation for duping women out of their money has apparently returned to the scene of the crime.

Brett Turton - aka Brad Collins, aka Wayne "Buck" Rogers - left a trail of broken hearts and disappointed job-seekers while convincing people he was, at various times, a cruise ship captain, airline pilot and geologist.
