UPDATE: Homicide Squad detectives have overnight charged a 19-year- old Hamilton Hill man
with a number of serious offences over the strange sequence of events in Cervantes on Tuesday 26 September.

It will be alleged the charged man crashed his Mitsubishi Pajero on Indian Ocean Drive near the
Cervantes Road turnoff.
The 38-year-old male victim was driving a red SUV along Indian Ocean Drive when he came across the
accused.
