A British study has shown that 45% of single men on average change their bed sheets just once every four months. 

The study sparked debate around the 6PR office about how often you should be washing your sheets.

"I won't name and shame them but there were people that went with the whole 2-4 months regime before they change their sheets... imagine that," 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead said.
