A Perth IGA owner was allegedly pepper-sprayed in the face after confronting two shoplifters in her store on Monday.

WAtoday obtained vision of the dramatic incident, which resulted in two teenagers being charged with aggravated armed robbery.

Linda Parri, WAToday Journalist told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings, that when she walked into the store she could see the teenagers loitering, following them once she noticed they were stealing.

"Their entitlement really shocked me, the fact that they were so brave and thought they could just come into the store and as the owner said, treat the store as their own pantry," Ms Parri said.
