UPDATE: Road Safety Commissioner Adrian Worner has told Gary Adshead the lack of experience means younger drivers are seriously overrepresented in fatal accidents on WA roads.

"Alcohol and drugs aren't the factor they are with older drivers; there's a general change in attitude related to drinking and driving," Mr Worner said.
