She explains that the treatment their family member experienced was "horrifying." Rooms were not cleaned from previous patients with bandages and details around the room. 

Pat calls on the Premier to step up and do better: "Can the Premier please tell me where we are going to get these staff from? He says he's putting so much work and effort into these hospitals that there is nothing wrong but I am sorry but there is something very wrong"
