Look, I just think our incredible lifestyle and the ability to be able to get a great job but also to live in what is an incredible lifestyle. So we don't have many of the challenges other places have in relation to things like toll roads and the level of congestion some other cities have, and our state is beautiful, so I just think it is a combination. And when you talk to people who come and move to the state or visit, it's a great place to raise a family too, So I do think in particularly if you've got kids, it's a great place.

How however, there is some showers and thunderstorms approaching we're expecting them to hit the west coast during this afternoon, more like be later in the afternoon, and those nice kind of flying conditions that we've got at the moment are going to turn to quite wet condition Simon. And there's also the possibility of thunderstorms, so there could be some squadly winds. So yeah, winter is going to kind of hit us as we progress into the afternoon, and it's going to stay around till like at least Wednesday night. We're going to get these periods of showers that are going to be quite heavy. And also you know the charts of thunderstorms in there, and we're looking at potentially getting a one hundred millimeters by the time we get to Thursday, and one hundred and twenty seventy is our average for June. So yeah, a significant couple of days of weather coming up, and so I think, yeah, getting out and enjoying things now and preparing properties as well is the most important thing to do.
