6PR Mornings host Liam Bartlett says the suspended jail sentence to millionaire, high-flying WA businessman Nev Power is evidence of Perth's skewed power base and class system based on money and wealth.

He said despite Power and his son Nick pleading guilty to breaching WA's hard border rules last October, similar offences cost other regular offenders "very dearly".

"Now we know for sure there are two classes of criminals in this state," Bartlett said.
