A 6PR listener shared the news her son has been waiting for over 24 for surgery on both his arms after he was in a horrific car accident in Southern Cross. 

The accident occurred in the early hours of Friday morning, where he was taken to Southern Cross hospital and eventually transferred to Royal Perth Hospital, where he has been waiting since Monday for surgery to repair both arms.
