Nicole Nourse was visiting Western Australia from Adelaide for a family member's wedding, booking into the Perth City Apartments after a fellow friend recommended it for their stay.

Ms Nourse told Gary Adshead they were completely unaware of the controversy surrounding the hotel however became quickly equipped when the owner asked for a $400 security bond upon arrival, full payment for their four-night stay, and parking bay reservation.

"Eddie I believe is the one who took the bond and he said it was just a holding in case there was any damage to the room," Ms Nourse said on 6PR Breakfast.

Nicole detailed the disgusting state of the room with a strange odor in the air, mold on the floor, and pubic hair inside her bed.
