WA Greens MLC Brad Pettitt says the Premier's private dinners with property developers don't pass the pub test, especially after Labor promised political donation reform at the 2017 election.

"The State needs to actually rapidly step up the way it deals with donations and transparency and unfortunately we haven't seen any action on this in the last five years," he told Liam Bartlett on 6PR Mornings.
