Danny Hodgson has criticised WA's justice system after learning his attacker has been arrested over another alleged offence.
Mr Hodgson was punched in the head unprovoked outside Perth train station in September 2021.
He was informed earlier this week that his attacker was arrested for another alleged violent crime and released on bail.
