UPDATE: Mellen Events has apologised for what some Robbie Williams fans have branded a 'disaster' after they spent hours trying to get in and out of the global superstar's show in the Swan Valley last night.

Ticket holders battled through severe traffic congestion around concert venue Nikola Estate, with some reportedly missing the start of the show.
