Eades confirmed in an interview with Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings that Ngalla Maya was insolvent and said he intended to wind up the organisation following the ORIC report.

“I suspect on reasonable grounds the corporation is insolvent and the directors have continued to trade whilst the corporation is insolvent,” a delegate to ORIC registrar Tricia Stroud wrote in a letter to Ngalla Maya’s directors.
