Essendon great Matthew Lloyd says Eagles star Josh Kennedy is "the best" forward in the competiton.

"To me (he's) the best forward in the game full fit. He's everything you can ask for in a forward. He gives you a contest, just a tough contest, he's got an amazing work rate, his ability to push off opponents, just get those hit ups time and time again."
