Tim Halden was rescued with his son and friends when their boat capsized on Sunday by a freak wave off the coast of Hillary's.

Mr Halden retold the story to Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast and explained that their pet dog Roxy was taken to the vet after being trapped underneath the boat but has since passed away.
