Shire of Quairading Peter Smith says they are offering a full income from the practice, a cash injection from the shire, a fully equiped and maintained clinic and four bedroom, two bathroom housing. 

"We've had some very strong and positive interest, nothing's finalised obviously," Mr Smith told 6PR Breakfast.
