Yesterday on the John Hughes Rumour File Rubbity Dub Dub told 6PR Breakfast the much-loved Rockingham Hotel is in the process of being sold.
The hotel has apparently been bought by the owners of the Camfield for millions.
It is expected the hotel will be rebuilt to provide a new attraction to Rockingham Foreshore.
