Ash Barty has become only the third athlete to claim the Sport Australia Hall of Fame award multiple times.

The Don Award is considered the highest honour in Australian sport, with Barty's on-court heroics and off-court humility recognised again.

Barty shocked the tennis world in March by retiring at age 25 – less than two months after winning the Australian Open.
