Eagles superstar Josh Kennedy is battling a knee injury but hopes to be fit for Sunday's away clash with GWS.

Forced to watch the loss to the Demons on Sunday from the sidelines, Kennedy revealed on Tuesday his knee requires fluid to be drained from it, and his prospects of playing over the next month will be a week-by-week basis.

"We'll see if I can play as many games as I can," he told Gareth Parker in his regular Tuesday segment on 6PR Breakfast.
