City of Joondalup mayor Albert Jacob says the council is reviewing its paid parking policy in relation to the new Ocean Reef Marina, where fees could be implemented for boat trailer parking or exclusive parking for boat pen holders, and any commercial arrangements.

"We are 100 per cent not planning to charge for parking at any of our general beaches, that won't be considered," the mayor told 6PR Breakfast host Gareth Parker.
