6PR Breakfast host Michael Genovese, in for Gareth Parker this week, has weighed in on the Enough is Enough report into sexual harassment against women on WA mine sites, handed down by a parliamentary committee in June.

He said it highlights the "remarkable point" WA's FIFO industry is at on the issue but it was time for men across all industries to create safer workplaces for women. 

"The genuine solution is for blokes to pull their heads in and stop molesting, harassing and disrespecting woman and not just the mining industry, it's broader than that and we know it."
