Hami returns to the show to talk about the new generation of runners and Running Clubs.  We always here of one generation speaking about the next generation - and those words may not be so nice.  However, groups like RAWDAWG Run Club (https://hoo.be/rawdawgrunclub) have not only introduced young people to the sport, they have also made running and fitness cool and sexy. This is exactly what this sport needs. 

Hami also mentions how nutrition has changed and this new generation is more conscious of the foods they put in their bodies, how active they are staying and the differences in coaching young athlete today versus when he and I played sports.
