Ottawa's transit commission met yesterday to discuss the ongoing efforts to return light rail to full service. An eighth train will be ready today, and the target is still eleven by the end of the month.  President Kenneth Korach was asked if the city bought a lemon. He called it a fair question.... but says the answer is no.
