Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe says he's not discouraged by the Federal Budget not earmarking funds for local transit and infrastructure. This comes as the start date for pre-trial running remains unannounced. Sutcliffe joins Kristy Cameron on Ottawa Now.
