Cornwall has a new mayoral voice at the helm. In a major Monday night upset, rookie councillor Sarah Good captured roughly 65 percent of the vote, defeating incumbent Justin Towndale. The landslide victory also makes Good the second woman in Cornwall’s history to hold the city's top job. She joins Kristy Cameron less than 24 hours after the stunning result.
