The ever growing hot button issue of garbage in the city of Ottawa is at council today to try and come to a decision about what to do to extend the life of the Trail Road landfill.

Marty Carr, Councilor for Alta Vista, tells Graham Richardson there are proposals going to council that failed at committee and could include a multitude of options including expanding the Yellow Bag Program to residential pickup.
