It is Day 17 of the federal election campaign. Conservative leader Erin O’Toole says, if elected, he plans to balance the budget within the next 10 years. Finding places to make budget cuts is going to be a very grueling chore. Where does he find ways to save money? Is this a realistic goal to achieve? In Hour 3, we pose those questions to our Political Heat panelists. Meanwhile, the Ontario government has recently pondered the idea of a vaccine passport. The current proposal has been reportedly sent back after Premier Ford asked for further changes to be made. Colin Furness reacts to Tuesday’s big curveball.
