The Ontario government has outlined a plan for "health-care system stability and recovery," which involves hiring thousands of health-care workers and freeing up hospital beds. Dr. Naheed Dosani, palliative care physician and health equity lead at Kensington Health in Toronto, tells Evan there were shortcomings in the province's announcement.
