INGREDIENTS

¼ cup olive oil (vegetable oil is ok also)
10 cloves garlic cloves, roughly chopped
Salt &amp; pepper
2 kg Chicken wings
¼ cup Happy Lady crispy chilli paste
Juice of 3 lemons
½ cup roughly chopped spring onions
½ cup roughly chopped coriander

STEPS

1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C
2. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
3. In a large bowl place chicken wings, olive oil, garlic, chilli paste and salt and pepper
4. Mix Together well
5. Place on tray and bake for 20 minutes
6. Remove from the oven and pour over the lemon coriander and spring onion and mix
well.
7. Bake for another 20 minutes.
