She’s also been the name behind some of Brisbane’s most successful markets -- the Riverside Market at the City Botanic Gardens.

And today, that venture has expanded to encompass the new QUT Infusion Market at the university’s Gardens Point campus.  Peter Hackworth is on the line now.
