That was exactly the position one Marsden family has found themselves in.

And it's become a bit of a complicated mess... since selling the family home in Logan to move overseas for their daughter, who requires treatment for a brain injury, they've now been locked out by a snap NZ border closure and no longer have a home to wait out the decision.
