First email they got into is from Sarah, who shared ‘4 things’ she wanted Amy & Kat to know, and that led to conversation about several things (including Amy’s missing Texas A&M ring, gratitude journaling, how Kat makes notes in her phone for things she’s thankful for, and ‘ The Doggie Lama’!) Next email is from Michelle, who shared a little bit about her ‘war with food’ and how she’s working to have a better relationship with it. Amy talked about how she eliminated dairy in her disordered eating days and now that she’s allowing it again, she is currently obsessed with sour cream! And more!!!!!
