Amy’s friend sent her a list of ‘March Affirmations’ and the one for 3/22 (today) is “Even here, I am growing!” Amy also wanted to share a few more: “I will bloom how I was meant to” (3/17) and “I am free to dream a new dream” (3/18). This led to a conversation about numbers and Amy referred to a note she got from her “psychic cousin” about the episode they recorded together last week fittingly being numbered episode #340. Amy share’s some of her skincare routine (per an email) and that leads to the girls talking about shaving their faces! Another listener emailed in asking Amy to share the name of the app she uses to store all of her passwords (a very helpful tool!). Amy & Kat then wanted to make sure everyone listening knows that being busy/exhausted doesn’t = your worth. You don’t have to chase that type of life & that doesn’t make you lazy!!!!!!! Kat then shared something that Shauna Niequist told her that was really powerful for her to hear about being a single person & setting boundaries!
