3AW Football's own Laura Spurway heads to Ireland to talk to Carlton’s latest Irish recruits, Aisling Reidy and Siofra O'Connell, joining the other record-breaking women who have made the move to Aussie Rules.

Laura also catches up with former AFL converts, Marty Clarke (Collingwood) and Ciaran Byrne (Carlton) and finds out that the Irish are just getting started, and plan to hold their own AFL Draft Combine this December for both men and women.
