The inaugural Anzac Day match between Collingwood and Essendon in Round 4, 1995, remains the second biggest home and away crowd, on record.
The day started with fans being locked out from entering the ground and finishing in the only draw in the match's iconic history.
Saverio Rocca kicked nine goals on that day and re-lives the moment he lined up to level the scores, also explaining why he wouldn’t be able to play now and his thoughts on umpire dissent.
Join us as the first Anzac Day medallist, Saverio Rocca, and host Shane McInnes re-live one of the most famous home and away games in VFL/AFL History.
