Temporary traffic lights will be installed at the Western Freeway on-and-off ramps at Leakes Rd in Rockbank after more than 18 months of community campaigns to introduce turn signals to allow for safe entry and exit from the freeway as a result of it being labelled one of the worst intersections in Melbourne.
