This week the US Government has chosen to clamp down on the disregard airlines have for their passengers. Airlines now must offer refunds to passengers whose flights are cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours. 

James Nixon, Author, Speaker and Retired A380 Captain told Shane McInnes on 3AW Afternoons that the airlines are "getting out of control".
