Chief Minister Natasha Fyles says work is underway to develop the programs and processes to support the government’s youth justice, crime and mandatory sentencing reforms. 

Ms Fyles says the programs will be mandatory, with the changes aiming to break the cycle of offending. 

She told Katie Woolf there is also legislation that will ensure parents are held to account.
