September is Hope & Prayer Month at Rise 96.5, and this month our Rise presenters have leant into this theme with a daily moment of encouragement, reflection and prayer.

Today Steff reflects on a passage from Jeremiah chapter 17. It's the comparison between those who trust in the Lord and a tree planted by a stream.  It's a reminder that people who put their trust in God will be blessed, and can stay strong and productive even during hard times.
