Misty caught up with Steve Cansdell, former professional boxer and politician, yesterday on the 2GF Breakfast Club to chat about his incredible challenge of completing 750 burpees in just one hour!

Steve took on the challenge to raise money and awareness for motor neurone disease (MND) research, supporting Macquarie University’s Motor Neuron Disease Research Centre. The number 750 represents the lives lost to MND each year.

An incredible effort for such an important cause!
